What does BigDawg cost?
2% of each sale. Card processing is passed on at cost (in India that is about 2% plus GST, and much less on UPI). There is no subscription, no setup fee and no fee added for the buyer.
When do I get my money?
Sales go to your BigDawg balance straight away. Once your payout details are verified, you withdraw to your bank. You can start selling before that, so you don't lose a booking while you set up.
Can buyers cancel a call?
No. They can reschedule to another of your open slots, which keeps your time protected. Refunds are your call.
What if I don't deliver a video or DM in time?
The buyer is never charged. Their card is only held, and the hold is released when the deadline passes.
Can I move my Topmate page over?
Yes. Paste your Topmate link and we bring across your offers with their full descriptions, and your reviews.
